How a bulk bin rental runs

Bulk jobs are scheduling problems. Here's how we run one, from the first call to the last collection.

1. We scope the volume

Desk count, file volume, unit count, floors, and how many days the move spans. Ten minutes on the phone gets us close enough to quote. For anything above a couple of hundred bins we'd rather walk the site first than guess.

2. We agree a delivery schedule

Bins arrive staged against your plan — a floor at a time, a block of units at a time, or the whole volume up front if you have somewhere to put it. This is the step that separates a bulk rental from a bulk purchase, and it's usually the reason people call.

3. Your people pack on their own timeline

Departments or tenants pack and label their own bins. Uniform, stackable and rigid, so they load square on a truck and nothing collapses under a box of files. Dollies come at whatever ratio the job needs.

4. Collection on a fixed date

We collect on the date in the quote, not whenever a pickup slot opens up. For turnovers that matters — the building needs the corridors clear before the next intake.

Lead time

Office relocations want two to three weeks' notice for a clean schedule. Student turnover weekends in late August and early September need to be locked in by July.
