How we run a commercial job
We walk the volume with you first — desk count, file volume, how many floors, how many days. Then bins arrive staged to that plan. Departments pack their own, labelled, on their own timeline. We collect on the agreed date.
Property turnovers and student housing
Building turnovers concentrate a year of moving into about four days. Bins delivered per unit and collected in one sweep beats every tenant sourcing their own cardboard, and it leaves the building without a recycling problem on the far side.
What it costs
Residential packages start at $99 and run to $249 for a three-bedroom. Anything at 50 units or more — which is most commercial work — is quoted on volume, duration and number of drops. Tell us the job and we'll price it; we'd rather quote accurately than publish a number that's wrong for your building.

Packing a 102-litre bin without hurting yourself
A bin packed full of books is too heavy to lift safely. Put books and dishes in the bottom third, fill the rest with linens, towels or clothes, snap the lid on, and roll stacks on the dolly instead of carrying them.
